Parameter	Description
hNitf	Handle to an existing NITF file, created by calling the L_NITFCreate function.
pVector	Pointer to a VECTORHANDLE that holds the graphic data to be added to the graphic segment into the NITF file.
prcVecBounds	Pointer to a RECT structure that specifies the bounding rectangle for the vector handle.
