Freeing the WIA Session
When the WIA session handle is no longer needed, the user must free the handle by calling L_WiaEndSession. At this point the WIA session handle becomes invalid. Before acquiring any more images from a WIA source, the user must establish a new WIA session handle by calling L_WiaInitSession.
