Remarks

Gets the rotate angle of all rectangular objects in a group. This is used to determine the angle of the first bounding rectangle drawn by the AnnNewGroupEditDesigner. For more information, refer to AnnObject.CalculateRotateAngle and New Annotation Features of Version 14.5.
