Parameters

point

The Leadtools.LeadPointD to be scaled.

scaleX

The ratio by which to scale the Leadtools.LeadPointD in the x-axis direction.

scaleY

The ratio by which to scale the Leadtools.LeadPointD in the y-axis direction.
