GetRotateCenterPoint Method (AnnPolylineEditDesigner)

Provides an implementation of the AnnEditDesigner.GetRotateCenterPoint method for this AnnPolylineEditDesigner object.

Return Value

The two reference points are used to keep the rotation center and gripper at an even distance when the object is moved in annotation coordinates.
