Centers the image inside the viewer based on user mouse click or touch tap.

Remarks

ImageViewerCenterAtInteractiveMode derives from ImageViewerInteractiveMode and subscribes to the following events of the InteractiveService:

InteractiveService.Tap

This interactive mode uses ImageViewer.CenterAtPoint to perform its action.
