Gets a SerializableDictionary that can be used to mark a DicomLogEntry as a DICOM communication message.

This can be used with Leadtools.Dicom.Scp.ClientSession.LogEvent(Leadtools.Logging.LogType,Leadtools.Logging.Medical.MessageDirection,System.String,Leadtools.Dicom.DicomCommandType,Leadtools.Dicom.DicomDataSet,Leadtools.Logging.SerializableDictionary{System.String,System.Object}).
