Creates an instance of the Leadtools.Medical.DataAccessLayer.Catalog.ICatalog interface using configuration.

Remarks

The CatalogFactory will find the configured Leadtools.Medical.DataAccessLayer.Catalog.ICatalog for the data access provider using the Leadtools.Medical.DataAccessLayer.Configuration.IDataAccessConfigurationView.
