Fires the Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.UI.ICinePlayer.PlayStateChanged, Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.UI.ICinePlayer.PlayModeChanged, Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.UI.ICinePlayer.PlayOptionsChanged and Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.UI.ICinePlayer.FramesOrderChanged events.
