UpdateTopLevelItemsState Method (WorkstationStripItemFeatureExecuter)

Checks if the features for direct System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem childs objects under the given System.Windows.Forms.ToolStrip can be executed and update their Enable and Visible state accordingly.
