Changes the layout of the Studies.

Remarks

The command expects an argument of type Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.GridLayoutArgument to be pushed into the Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.Interfaces.IWorkstationArgumentsService.

The command will update the Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.WorkstationState.StudiesLayout property.
