The result is applied to the image as a region. This function was designed specifically for CT/MRI images, to segment regions of cancer clusters.

Use Leadtools.RasterImage.MakeRegionEmpty to delete the resulting region.
The rectangle must not exceed the borders of the image or the function will return an ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER error and will not execute. This function is available only in the Document/Medical toolkits.
This command does not support 32-bit grayscale images.
