Parameters

dimension: Size, in pixels, of the thin lines used to create the wind effect. This parameter only accepts positive values.
angle: Direction of the thin lines used to create the wind effect, in hundredths of a degree. Possible values range form -36000 to 36000. (The value in degrees divided by 100).
opacity: Density, of the thin lines used to create the wind effect. The valid range is from 0 to 100.
