Parameter	Description
pElement	Pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure within the Data Set.
strText	Character string that contains the string to be converted to 1 or more values.
nCount	Number of values in strText.

Returns

TRUE	Function completed successfully.
FALSE	Function did not complete successfully.
