Comments

This method is used to get the default socket options that will be used when calling LDicomNet::Connect on a LDicomNet object. The default socket options are the options used if you call LDicomNet::Connect without first calling LDicomNet::SetSocketOptions.

This method always returns the same values. This method is different from LDicomNet::GetSocketOptions which returns the socket options used when LDicomNet::SetSocketOptions was last called.

Internally, the socket is created when calling LDicomNet::Connect.

For more information about sockets, see the MSDN Winsock documentation.
