LDicomNet::GetIntegrityAlgorithmTLS

#include "ltdic.h"

L_UINT32 LDicomNet::GetIntegrityAlgorithmTLS(cipher)

L_CIPHERSUITE cipher;

/* ciphersuite */

Returns the message authentication code type (MD5, SHA) for the cipher. This function is available in the PACS Imaging toolkits.

Parameter

Description

cipher

Value that indicates the ciphersuite for which to get the message authentication mode or algorithm.

Returns

A value that represents the message authentication code type. Possible values are:

Value

Meaning

L_MAC_NONE

[0x00] Returned if no secure connection is established.

L_MAC_SHA1

[0x10] Secure Hash Algorithm (New and improved algorithm)

L_MAC_MD5

[0x11] Message-Digest algorithm 5

Comments

There are several different cipher suites. Some differ only in the MAC algorithm.
