Raster Image Functions:
Region Processing
Functions Where the Region Preempts the Bitmap
If a bitmap has a region, the following functions act on the region,
not on the whole bitmap. To determine whether a bitmap has a region, use
the L_BitmapHasRgn function.
To remove a bitmap region so that these functions act on the bitmap, use
the L_FreeBitmapRgn function.
