Gets the number of elements required to hold the clip segments for any row in the class object's associated bitmap. Use this function in conjunction with LBitmapRgn::GetClipSegments.

Pointer to a variable to be updated with the maximum number of segments in a row within the region.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.
