This function allows the user to assign a COM object as the media source for the conversion process. The object may be the ltmmSampleSource Object or any other DirectShow source filter. The ResetSource function should be called to stop the convert object from accessing the object. The SourceType will be set to ltmmConvert_Source_Object.
