Saves a profile to a string buffer, in the form of an XML-formatted string.

Comments
The string obtained from this function should not be modified directly. To change the profile settings, load the saved profile using IltmmWMProfileManager::LoadProfileByData and change the settings using the (IltmmWMProfile interface). You can save the string in a file for later use. The file must have a "prx" extension.
Call SysFreeString to free the memory allocated for the string when it is no longer needed.
