Remarks
Gets or sets the maximum latency (time in milliseconds) between stream
reception and display.
A latency of -1 indicates that the buffer window is unknown.
The larger the buffer window, the higher the quality in the case of
video streams. However, it is not recommended to have streams that have
widely different latencies.
Call the ltmmWMProfile.ReconfigStream
method to have the new value take effect.
