Comments
pPDFIMAGEONTEXTSETTINGS is a pointer to a PDFIMAGEONTEXTSETTINGS structure. If the function parameter type is pPDFIMAGEONTEXTSETTINGS, declare a PDFIMAGEONTEXTSETTINGS variable, update the structure's fields, and pass the variable's address in the parameter.
