Assumes pVectorWindow points to a valid LVectorWindow object

This example pans the image 5 pixels horizontally

{
   UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER(hWndParent);
   L_INT nRet;
   POINT panPoint;
   nRet = pVectorWindow->GetPan(&panPoint);
   if(nRet != SUCCESS)
      return nRet;
   panPoint.x += 5;
   //Must disable auto-scroll to use SetPan
   pVectorWindow->EnableAutoScroll(FALSE);
   nRet = pVectorWindow->SetPan(&panPoint);
   if(nRet != SUCCESS)
