Comments
Call this function to determine whether the class object has been associated with a valid LBitmapBase object.
Before using some of the LBarCode functions, a bitmap must be associated with the class object. Until a valid bitmap object is associated with the LBarCode object, this function will return false.
Specifically, barcodes cannot be read or written until a valid bitmap is associated with the LBarCode class object.
