Scales the input Leadtools.LeadPointD using the specified scale factor.

point: The Leadtools.LeadPointD to be scaled.
scaleX: The ratio by which to scale the Leadtools.LeadPointD in the x-axis direction.
scaleY: The ratio by which to scale the Leadtools.LeadPointD in the y-axis direction.
