Property Value

true if the AnnEditDesignerAnnEditDesigner.Rotate property can be used at this time; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The AnnEditDesigner.Rotate property is used to switch the user interface of the AnnEditDesigner into rotate mode. The CanRotate property gets a value that indicates whether the current designer is an AnnEditDesigner. Call the Rotate method to switch the rotation mode of the edit designer on and off. Please note that the AnnEncryptObject object does not support rotation.
