Move the rotate thumbs to the default position.

Syntax

 function Leadtools.Annotations.Designers.AnnEditDesigner.resetRotateThumbs()

Remarks

This method will move the rotate thumbs back to the default position. The gripper will be on top of the object and the center at the origin.
