The database command which will be initialized to return the information.
A System.String that represents the SOP Instance UID for the media object which information will be returned.
A Leadtools.Dicom.Common.DataTypes.SopInstanceReference object that represents the failed instance information in the media object which attributes will be returned.
Initializes a System.Data.Common.DbCommand which returns the columns from the "Failed Composite Attributes" Table.
