LEADTOOLS Multimedia (Leadtools.Multimedia assembly)

Name Property (Device)

Show in webframe
Example

Gets the device's unique name.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public ReadOnly Property Name As String
'Usage

Dim instance As Device
Dim value As String

value = instance.Name
public string Name {get;}
public:
property String^ Name {
   String^ get();
}

Property Value

The device name.
Remarks
The returned string can be used to uniquely identify a compressor. A program can save this value to persistent storage and use it later with the Devices.IndexOf and Devices.Selection methods to restore the device's selection.
