Parameters

vih: A VideoInfoHeader structure containing the format data to set.
palette: An optional array of RGBQUAD structures containing the palette information for video with 8 bits per pixel or less. Pass null for videos with more than 8 bits per pixel.
paletteCount: The number of elements from that should be used from the palette parameter. It should be less than palette.Length. Pass 0 if palette is null.

Copies data to the video format buffer. This is a helper method which internally sets the unmanaged memory size of the VideoInfoHeader structure and then calls MediaType.SetFormatData marshalling the structure to a byte array. If the method fails, an error is raised. For more information, refer to the Error Codes.
