Disabling the Automatic Loading of the Default DICOM Context Group Table

The default DICOM Context Group table is a large table with many entries. When the DICOM library is initally loaded, the DICOM Context Group Table is not initally loaded. It will be automatically loaded the first time it is accessed. Specifically, the first call to any of the following methods will cause the automatic load of the default DICOM Context Group table (if it has NOT already been loaded):
To disable the automatic load of the Default DICOM Context Group table, call any of the following methods in your initialization code (before calling any other DICOM methods):
Therefore, to prevent the default DICOM Context Group Table from automatically loading, call DicomContextGroupTable.Instance.Reset in your application initialization code.
