Leadtools Medical 3D Version Changes

Version 18 has not changed from Version 18.0. For more information, refer to http://www.leadtools.com/corporate/new-in-v18.htm.
Added support to unify level values on all MPR windows to be equal to the rendered 3D volumes
The following assembly has been added to LEADTOOLS For .NET v17:
