RestartFrequency Property

Gets or sets the number of minimum data units between restart markers. The default value is 0, indicating that no restart markers are used. This property is updated by calling the GetJpegCompression method. To set the JPEG Compression options, set this property and the other TwainJpegCompression properties and call the TwainSession.SetJpegCompression method.
