!NULL	A pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure that contains the next item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".
NULL	No items were found

This function returns the next item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module". Use this function along with L_DicomFindFirstPresStateRefSeriesItem in order to enumerate all the items under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".
