Comments
A DICOM Associate (Request or Accept) can have multiple Presentation Contexts. The ID for each of these Presentation Contexts must be unique. The IDs for the Presentation Context entries for the specified DICOM Associate should start at 1, and must be odd.
For example, a DICOM Associate may have three Presentation Context entries. One of those entries should have an ID of 1. The IDs must be unique. (Having two Presentation Context entries with an ID of 3 is not valid.) Therefore the IDs may be 1 for the first Presentation Context, 3 for the next one and 5 for the last one.
