Removes all elements from the DICOM Associate and resets it to the specified type.

Parameter	Description
bRequest	Flag that indicates the type of Associate to which the DICOM Associate should be reset. Possible values are:
	Value	Meaning
	TRUE	Reset the DICOM Associate to type Associate Request.
	FALSE	Reset the DICOM Associate to type Associate Accept.
