LDicomAssociate::SetMaxLength

Enables or disables the Maximum Length restriction for data transfer. It also sets the maximum length value if the restriction is enabled.

Parameter

Description

bEnabled

Flag that indicates whether to enable or disable the Maximum Length restriction. Possible values are:

Meaning

 

TRUE

Enable the Maximum Length restriction for data transfer.

 

FALSE

Disable the Maximum Length restriction for data transfer.

nLength

The maximum length value to set. This value is only valid if bEnabled is TRUE.

Returns

0

SUCCESS

An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

If the Maximum Length restriction is enabled the Maximum Length must be 0, or >= 8 and it must be an even number (8, 10, 12, ).
