Comments
As an example, if you call this function with nCode set to TAG_STUDY_DATE, and the Data Element Tag Table filled with the default values, the DICOMTAG structure pointed to by the returned pointer will contain TAG_STUDY_DATE, 0x00080020, 0xFFFFFFFF, "Study Date", VR_DA, 1, 1, and 1.
