Gets the file options used by LEADTOOLS when loading HPGL files.

Parameter	Description
pOptions	Pointer to a structure to be updated with the options used when loading HPGL files.
uStructSize	Size in bytes, of the structure pointed to by pOptions, for versioning. Use sizeof(FILEPLTOPTIONS).

Returns

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

The options obtained by this function are valid for the current thread.

To set the options to use when loading HPGL files, use L_SetPLTOptions.
