Determines whether looping is enabled for the animation playback.
Returns
The current state for animation looping. Possible values are:

TRUE |
Animation looping is enabled. |
FALSE |
Animation looping is disabled. |
Comments
The setting for auto loop overrides this setting.
If auto loop is enabled, this function will always return TRUE, and animation playback will automatically loop.
If auto loop is disabled, then the return value of this function will indicate the current state for animation playback looping.
