Sets the handle of the window to be used by the bitmap window.

Comments
The passed window handle will be attached to the class object. If you pass NULL then the previously attached window will be detached from the class object.
If the class object has a created window using LAnnotationWindow::CreateWnd function then this function will return an error code.
If the passed window handle is not NULL, then this function will also initialize the annotation automation engine. Otherwise the automation engine will be destroyed.
