Determines whether the bitmap data memory is allocated using conventional memory.

Returns

TRUE

The bitmap data is allocated using conventional memory.

FALSE

The bitmap data is not allocated using conventional memory.

Use this function to check if the bitmap data memory is allocated using conventional memory.
