Constructs and initializes the member variables of an LImageListControl object.

Parameter	Description
hWndParent	Handle of the parent window.
nID	The controls ID.

x	The starting x position.
y	The starting y position.

LImageListControl::LImageListControl() is the default constructor for the LImageListControl class.
