Downscale Order:
INTELLIGENTRESCALE_VERTHORZ: downscale width first and then height.
INTELLIGENTRESCALE_HORZVERT: downscale height first and then width.
Mask:
The mask color of any object to be removed must be passed, and it must not exist in the original image. If multiple objects are to be removed, then all must have the same mask color.

Downscale size:
To make the amount of downscaling equal to the size of a removed object, set the new height or width to zero.
