Retrieves the number of speeds supported by the selected drive.

Comments
Use ILTDVDBurner::GetSpeedName to retrieve a user-friendly string that describes each speed supported by the drive.
Use ILTDVDBurner::GetSpeedValue to retrieve the speed value.
