IltmmCapture::LoadSettingsFromStream

C Syntax

HRESULT IltmmCapture_LoadSettingsFromStream(pCapture, pSourceStream, Flags)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT LoadSettingsFromStream(pSourceStream, Flags)

 

IltmmCapture *pCapture;

IUnknown * pSourceStream;

/* pointer to the stream object */

long Flags;

/* flags */

Loads settings from a stream. This reconstructs the capturing configuration based on the settings saved to the stream.

Parameter

Description

pCapture

Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.

pSourceStream

Pointer to the stream object, an object that implements IStream, that contains the settings to be loaded.

Flags

Flags that indicate the loading options. For a list of possible values, refer to ltmmCapture_Settings Constants.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

The capture object's settings can be saved to a stream by calling IltmmCapture::SaveSettingsToStream. The capture object's settings can be saved to a file by calling IltmmCapture::SaveSettingsToFile.

Settings saved to a file can be loaded using IltmmCapture::LoadSettingsFromFile.
