HRESULT IltmmConvert_get_ForceNoRecompressionPreview(pConvert, newVal)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT get_ForceNoRecompressionPreview(newVal)

 

IltmmConvert *pConvert;

VARIANT_BOOL *newVal;

/* pointer to variable */

Indicates whether preview when converting without recompression is enabled.

Parameter

Description

pConvert

Pointer to an IltmmConvert interface.

newVal

Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether preview is enabled when converting without recompression. Possible values are:

 

Value

Meaning

 

VARIANT_TRUE

Preview when converting without recompression is enabled.

 

VARIANT_FALSE

Preview when converting without recompression is disabled. This is the default value.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

Enabling this property slows file conversion. It is best to use this function only when converting input streams without recompression.
