Retrieves the number of text languages for the current DVD or disc side.

Comments
The value referenced by pLanguages represents the number of text languages / language blocks for the current DVD or disc side. This value determines the possible values for the Index parameters of the following functions:
IltmmDVDControl::GetDVDTextLanguageLCID
IltmmDVDControl::GetDVDTextNumberOfStrings
IltmmDVDControl::GetDVDTextString
IltmmDVDControl::GetDVDTextStringType
For example, if pLanguages is updated with the value 4, there are four text languages / language blocks. Since the Index parameter of the functions listed above is zero-based, the possible values for the Index parameter is 0 © 3.
