Sets the default language and the default extension for subpicture text.

Comments
To retrieve the current default language and default extension for the subpicture text call the IltmmDVDControl::get_DefaultSubpictureLanguage and IltmmDVDControl::get_DefaultSubpictureLanguageExt functions, respectively.
