The portion of the file holding the video data. The video data might be compressed to save disk space. The data has to be decompressed using a video decompressor before you can play (see) it.
Also known as a decoder, this is a module or algorithm to decompress data.

Retrieves the bits per pixel value for the current stream in the current source media file.

Comments
This function will fail if the current stream is not a video stream .
The current source media file, set using IltmmMediaInfo::put_SourceFile, is the file for which the IltmmMediaInfo interface/object gets information. IltmmMediaInfo::put_SourceFile must be called before calling any of the other IltmmMediaInfo functions used for retrieving information.
To set the current stream, call IltmmMediaInfo::put_CurrentStream.
